Lydia Smith (she/her) is an interdisciplinary artist based in Winston-Salem, NC. Her practice focuses on the archive as a phenomenological site for understanding the remnants of the past and its links to our cultural understanding of death, time, and place. She was an artist-in-residence at CPCA during the summer of 2022, where she became good friends with the center’s Vandercook letterpress.
