CPCA’s print studio offers a distinctive setting for private gatherings, corporate events, team-building activities, school and university groups, showers, birthdays, and other special occasions.
Our private events combine access to CPCA’s professional printmaking studio with a hands-on print activity led by our instructors. Guests can make something together, learn a new process, and experience a working contemporary print studio in a relaxed, social setting.
Events can be tailored to the group, from simple introductory print activities to more involved workshops in processes such as relief printing, monoprinting, and screenprinting.

Private Print Experiences
Most private events are booked as a three-hour experience, allowing time for instruction and printing as well as gathering, refreshments, or social time before and after the activity.
Simple Print Experience — starting at $825 For groups of up to 10.
A relaxed, accessible print activity designed for participants of any experience level. A great option for showers, birthdays, social gatherings, and groups looking for a creative activity without a highly technical workshop.
Additional participants: $50/person
Guided Print Workshop — starting at $975 For groups of up to 10.
A more substantial hands-on printmaking experience with approximately two hours of guided studio instruction plus additional time for gathering and socializing. This is our recommended format for corporate events, team-building groups, creative departments, and private groups interested in a deeper studio experience.
Additional participants: $65/person
Advanced or Custom Print Workshop — starting at $1,000 For groups of up to 10.
A customized or more technically involved printmaking experience that may include multiple steps, specialized preparation, custom imagery, or more intensive instructor guidance.
Additional participants: $80/person
The number of instructors needed for each event is determined by CPCA based on group size and the print process being used and is included in the event price.
What’s Included Private print experiences include use of the print studio for up to three hours, professional instruction, necessary instructors based on the size and complexity of the event, standard materials and consumables, use of studio equipment, and normal setup and cleanup.
Additional studio or event time may be added for $175/hour.
Projects requiring custom screen preparation, image preparation, specialty materials, or substantial pre-event production may include an additional $100–$250+ preparation fee. Any additional costs will be discussed with you before booking.
Educational Groups CPCA also welcomes school, university, and educational groups for demonstrations, studio visits, and hands-on printmaking experiences.
Educational group pricing starts at $500 plus $30–$40 per participant, depending on the activity, materials, group size, and length of the visit.
